making pizza


 Here’s a simple guide to making pizza in English:

For the dough:


2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour


1 tsp of sugar


1 tsp of salt


2 tsp of instant yeast


3 tbsp of olive oil


¾ cup of warm water



For the toppings:


1 cup of pizza sauce


1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese


Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, mushrooms, etc.)

Instructions:


1. Prepare the Dough:


In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.


Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead the mixture until a soft dough forms.


Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until it doubles in size.




2. Prepare the Oven:


Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).


If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.




3. Shape the Dough:


Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a circle or rectangle, depending on your pan or preference.


Place the dough on a baking tray or pizza stone.




4. Add the Toppings:


Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.


Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.


Add your chosen toppings.




5. Bake the Pizza:


Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.




6. Serve:


Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
